Hi, I’m Amanda-American-born, British-trained, so expect maybe some tea, definitely kindness, and no judgment. Many people feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or pulled in different directions. I help you uncover strengths and navigate complex challenges. I help you create a sensory-friendly space and use EMDR, IFS, DBT, and somatic tools to help you reconnect with yourself, at your pace. Using grounding, coping tools, and exploring the patterns that influence your life, we work toward moving from surviving to living. Feeling disconnected or overwhelmed?
